Toddler (20 months – 32 months)

Preschool Prep Class designed to help our littlest students develop positive bonds with adults other than parents.  Class provides simple routine and academics with lots of time for free play and exploration of various centers and art supplies.  Each day, students will have use of our large indoor gross motor space or playground.

Class meets Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-11:30.

3 Year Old Class (32 months – 3 years 6 months)

This class is a great introduction to preschool. Students follow a consistent routine daily which consists of small and large group instruction, free play in various centers, reading, art time, snack, scheduled bathroom breaks, and use of our large indoor play space or playground. Academics are introduced as a beginning foundation and follow monthly themes. We help students to develop fine and gross motor skills.

Mondays, Weds. & Fridays 9-11:30

Smart Cookies (3 year 6 months – 5 years)

This is a perfect class for students who are older and ready for stronger academics. We aim to assist students in developing a sense of responsibility and independence before they enter Kindergarten. Academics are more in depth than our other classes and are presented in many forms. Students will follow a regular schedule with times for whole class instruction, small group instruction, and individual exploration. We stress letter and number recognition and formation, learning to identify and spell their own name, beginning counting skills and social development. Students will be listening and speaking, developing reading and print awareness, developing writing, and learning vocabulary. One of the most important tools your student can take with them is social skills. Kindness is a character trait that will benefit them in all aspects of their life, we encourage that by giving back to our community throughout the school year and as a daily theme. Full STEAM Ahead Fridays will offer unique opportunities to focus on science, planting, music, art and other special topics!

Class meets Mondays – Fridays from 8:45-11:45.
