These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Christ Church Preschool online store at ccpsgf.org. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The store is intended to provide Christ Church Preschool families, friends, and community members with access to CCPS apparel, spirit wear, and related merchandise. Store purchases also help support Christ Church Preschool programs and activities.
Products and Print-on-Demand Merchandise
Many items offered through the Christ Church Preschool Store are produced using a print-on-demand process. This means an item may be manufactured, printed, embroidered, or otherwise customized specifically after your order is placed.
Product images are provided to help illustrate the merchandise. Colors, placement, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly because of differences in screens, manufacturing, printing, materials, and individual product variations.
Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, images, sizes, options, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. Product availability may also change without notice.
Christ Church Preschool reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, discontinue merchandise, limit quantities, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website at the time an order is placed and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be shown during checkout when required.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party companies subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. An order may be declined or canceled because of product availability, payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, fulfillment limitations, or other reasonable circumstances.
Production and Shipping
Because many products are made to order, production must generally occur before shipment. Production and delivery times shown on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur because of production schedules, inventory availability, carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside the control of Christ Church Preschool.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional costs associated with replacement or reshipment may be the responsibility of the customer.
Changes and Cancellations
Because print-on-demand orders may enter production shortly after they are submitted, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after checkout.
If you discover an error in your order, please contact Christ Church Preschool as soon as possible. We will review the situation and determine whether a change or cancellation is still possible.
Returns, Refunds, and Product Problems
Returns and refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Returns Policy available on this website. Because many products are produced specifically for each order, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
Christ Church Preschool names, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, and other school-related materials appearing on the store or merchandise may be protected by intellectual property rights. Purchasing merchandise does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, sell, or commercially use those materials.
Website and Store Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the store for unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Services
The store may rely on third-party services for payment processing, order fulfillment, printing, shipping, website hosting, or other functions. Christ Church Preschool is not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
